Consultation Services for Schools

Dawn Yeselavage works with both public and private schools from pre-K through high school.  Ms. Yeselavage is available to develop classroom curriculum for groups or individuals with autism and other learning disabilities.  Services include:     

• Program development for classes and individuals
• Strategies for successful inclusion
• Staff workshops on topics including, but not limited to, inclusion, understanding autism, and social skills training
• Observation and/or direct instruction of students
• Collaboration with teaching staff to develop data collection, data review and strategies to address  individual student needs per IEP goals and specially designed instruction
• Creation of materials to help support implementation of strategies within the classroom
• Consultation with regular education teachers, special education teachers, paraprofessionals, service providers and parents
• Peer education
